SEOUL, November 30. /TASS/. North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and Russian Defense Minister Andrey Belousov held a broad exchange of views on further development of the comprehensive strategic partnership between the countries, the Korean Central News Agency reported.

Kim Jong Un received Belousov on November 29.

"The talks featured a broad exchange of views on issues related to further deepening and development of the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries, the DPRK and the Russian Federation, in such fields as defense, protection of sovereignty, security interests of both states and international justice in the context of the dramatic changes in the regional and international security environment," the news agency said.

"The counterparts came to a satisfactory common opinion," the report said.

Kim Jong Un described the Russian defense minister's visit as useful because it "makes a great contribution to strengthening the defense and security capabilities of the two countries, stimulates friendship, mutual cooperation and development of relations between the militaries of the two countries.".
