SEOUL, November 30. /TASS/. North Korean leader Kim Jong Un received Russian Defense Minister Andrey Belousov on November 29, the Korean Central News Agency reported.
"Comrade Kim Jong Un warmly welcomed Belousov, who came to Pyongyang again five months later and had a friendly and trust-based conversation," the report said.
Belousov passed along a welcome message from Russian President Vladimir Putin, and Kim Jong Un asked to pass along his "friendly greetings" to the Russian leader.
"Kim Jong Un said that Korea-Russia relations are a strong security mechanism that facilitates the prosperity of the peoples in the two countries, alleviates the situation in the region and guarantees international strategic stability," the news agency said.
The North Korean leader "expressed readiness to even more vigorously expand and develop relations between the two countries in all fields, including political, economic and military ones," according to the report.
