BERLIN, November 27. /TASS/. No less six explosive devices were used in the sabotage of the Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2 gas pipelines, the Die Welt newspaper reported, citing documents related to the process between the pipeline’s operator, Nord Stream AG, and insurance companies.
According to the media outlet, at least six explosive devices were planted on four strings of the Nord Stream gas pipelines. This version is supported by the newly uncovered damaged parts of pipes by Swedish experts. The article notes that it was previously believed that four bombs were used in the sabotage.
Unprecedented damage was recorded on three strings of the Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2 gas pipelines on September 26, 2022.
