"I would not say that. That is not the character, characterization that this building (the Pentagon - TASS) assesses [the Ukrainian conflict]," she said when asked whether the current developments in the Ukrainian conflict, including the use of US long-range missiles for strikes inside Russia, could be seen as a portent of another world war.
