YEREVAN, November 15. /TASS/. Armenia has sent a proposal to Azerbaijan calling for unblocking regional communication links, Sargis Khandanyan, head of the Armenian parliamentary commission for external relations, told reporters.

"I cannot go into detail but basically, the spirit of these proposals stems from the Crossroads of the World project based on the two countries’ sovereignty," he said, adding that Azerbaijan had not provided a response yet.

The Crossroads of the World project developed by the Armenian government involves the unblocking of transport links with Azerbaijan and integrating them into regional infrastructure.
