Hezbollah reports over 100 Israeli troops eliminated in south Lebanon since October 1

According to the Lebanon-based Shiite party, 1 000 more were wounded

BEIRUT, November 13. /TASS/. The Lebanon-based Shiite party Hezbollah said that it has been successfully resisting Israeli troops, delivering substantial damage to the adversary’s personnel and hardware in south Lebanon.

In a statement on its Telegram channel, the movement noted that during clashes, Hezbollah units eliminated more than 100 Israeli soldiers and officers with 1,000 sustaining wounds. The adversary also lost 43 Merkava tanks, eight bulldozers, four armored vehicles and six drones.

"The Islamic resistance has launched over 300 drones and delivered strikes with high-precision projectiles on 33 strategic targets on enemy territory," the statement reads.

On September 23, Israel launched an offensive operation, dubbed Northern Arrows, targeting Hezbollah’s military facilities, carrying out massive air strikes across Lebanon. Overnight on October 1, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced a ground operation in borderline regions in Lebanon’s south.
