BEIJING, November 12. /TASS/. Beijing and Moscow have kept up the momentum in relations amid global changes, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said during strategic security consultations with Russian Security Council Secretary Sergey Shoigu.
"Under the strong leadership of President Xi Jinping of China and President Vladimir Putin of Russia, China-Russia relations of comprehensive partnership and strategic cooperation in a new era have withstood the test of global changes, keeping up the healthy and stable momentum of development," Wang pointed out.
