NBC television reported that Harris is set to call President-elect Donald Trump to concede the race. President Joe Biden also plans to call Trump on Wednesday to congratulate him on the victory. Biden is also set to extend an invitation to the White House and an offer to attend Trump’s inauguration, according to the report.
