PARIS, November 6. /TASS/. French President Emmanuel Macron has congratulated Donald Trump on his victory in the US presidential election.

"Congratulations, President Donald Trump. Ready to work together as we did for four years," Macron wrote on his X page.

The French leader said he was ready to cooperate "with respect and ambition. For more peace and prosperity."
