NEW YORK, November 6. /TASS/. Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump is projected to win the US presidential election in a key battleground state of North Carolina, Associated Press forecasted on Wednesday.

Trump gets 50.8% of the vote, while his main election rival Kamala Harris gets 48.1%.

North Carolina has 16 electoral votes.
