UNITED NATIONS, September 24. /TASS/. UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres plans to hold negotiations with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly session.

According to the Secretary General’s Spokesman Stephane Dujarric, the meeting has been planned for Thursday, September 26.
