MOSCOW, August 26. /TASS/. Critical infrastructure facilities have been damaged in the Vinnitsa Region in central Ukraine, regional officials said.

The consequences are currently being established, the regional administration said.

Air raid sirens rang out across Ukraine for several hours this morning as explosions were reported in Vinnitsa and other Ukrainian cities.
