MOSCOW, April 18. /TASS/. A pipeline has exploded in the Kharkov Region in east Ukraine, the Strana news outlet reported.

According to it, asphalt is melting within a 40-meter radius of the blast with flames reaching nearly 70 meters.

The news outlet has not reported the exact location of the damaged pipeline or the causes of the incident.
