Israeli air force strikes settlement in southern Lebanon, injures nine people

BEIRUT, April 15. /TASS/. At least nine people have been wounded in an Israeli Air Force attack on the Siddikine settlement in southern Lebanon, the Janoubia news portal reported.
The rocket strike destroyed a house, also damaging nearby buildings.
Rescuers continue to search for victims in the rubble of the collapsed building. All the injured were taken to a hospital in the city of Tyre (80 km from Beirut).
Earlier, Israeli fighter jets carried out air raids on the villages of Al-Duheira and An-Naqura, which are outposts of the Shiite Hezbollah militia. No information was provided on the consequences of the air raids.
On April 14, the Israeli Air Force struck eight Lebanese villages while artillery shelled 14 settlements. On the Shiite side, one fighter was killed.
Hezbollah fired 25 rockets into Israel. Several drones were recorded in the sky, which were shot down by Israeli air defenses.
