MOSCOW, April 4. /TASS/. Nine mobilized troops of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) with Russian citizenship have been killed in the latest escalation between Palestine and Israel, the Israeli embassy in Russia told TASS.

"Indeed, nine IDF servicemen with Russian citizenship have been killed," an embassy employee confirmed.

There are lots of Russians with dual citizenship among IDF troops, the embassy explained.

Earlier, the embassy told TASS that "thousands" of Russian nationals who also hold Israeli passports had been mobilized.
