SIRIUS /Federal Territory/, March 25. /TASS/. Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto has arrived in Sochi to attend an international forum on the nuclear industry.

"The [Hungarian foreign] minister has arrived, he will take part in the plenary session (of the ATOMEXPO 2024 forum - TASS) entitled, 'Empowering Clean Future,'" a diplomat told TASS.

Established in 2009, the ATOMEXPO international forum, organized with support from Russia’s state-run nuclear corporation Rosatom, was held annually for a decade until a decision was made in 2019 to make the event biennial. Over 50 agreements and memorandums were signed at the previous forum in 2022, when more than 2,500 delegates from 65 countries took part.
