MOSCOW, March 12. /TASS/. Nord Stream AG, the Nord Stream gas pipeline operator, filed a lawsuit to the amount of almost 400 mln euro to the High Court of London against insurers due to their refusal to cover damages from explosions at the pipeline, The Financial Times said, citing court documents.
The lawsuit was filed in February and Lloyd's of London and Arch Insurance will act as respondents.
Nord Stream AG has preliminarily estimated costs of water removal from pipelines and stabilization of their operations, repairs and lost gas replacement at 1.2-1.35 bln euro.
