North Korean youth delegation to visit Moscow after World Youth Festival — top delegate

SIRIUS /Federal Territory/, March 7. /TASS/. A delegation of North Korean youths is planning to travel to Moscow to bolster bilateral ties after the World Youth Festival, Moon Chul, head of the Central Committee of the North Korean Socialist Patriotic Youth League, said in an interview with TASS.
"Following the festival, we will visit your capital at the invitation of the National Youth Council of Russia (NYCR). In Moscow, we will hold meetings with delegates of youth organizations, namely the National Youth Council of Russia, the Young Guard of United Russia and so on," said Moon Chul, who is leading the youth delegation of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) at the World Youth Festival. "We are determined to strengthen relations with all friendly youth organizations in Russia," he added.
According to Moon Chul, Pyongyang is working to achieve fruitful results in communication between the two countries’ youth organizations and youths exactly this year, "according to the will of the leaders of North Korea and Russia."
