Ukrainian military command incompetent, US mercenaries tell Russian pranksters in call
"The biggest problem is the Ukrainian command that does not listen to experienced troops from some other wars," one of the mercenaries said
MOSCOW, February 28. /TASS/. US mercenaries fighting in Ukraine told Russian pranksters Vladimir Kuznetsov ("Vovan") and Alexey Stolyarov ("Lexus") that the Ukrainian military command was incompetent, which, in the view of the hired guns, poses "the biggest problem."
Vovan and Lexus called US mercenaries Jason Freeman and Joshua John Randsford, who are fighting for Ukraine, with one of the pranksters impersonating former Ukrainian President Pyotr Poroshenko, who was allegedly recruiting new mercenaries for his own private military company.
"The biggest problem is the Ukrainian command that does not listen to experienced troops from some other wars," Freeman said. "The Ukrainian command does not listen to the soldiers. I yelled at several colonels who killed an entire team, and they just laughed at me…"
He also said that the Russian military "learns very quickly to adapt to what the Ukrainians are doing" and promptly adjust their tactics.
Randsford complained, in turn, that Ukrainian intelligence data is often not conveyed to the troops who need it in the field.
