Top German diplomat promises €100 mln more in humanitarian aid to Ukraine

The overall sum of Germany’s humanitarian aid to Ukraine in the past two years will amount to €1 bln
BERLIN, February 25. /TASS/. German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock has promised that Berlin will allocate €100 mln more as humanitarian assistance to Kiev, according to a DPA correspondent, who is accompanying the top German diplomat on her visit to Ukraine.
Thus, the overall sum of Germany’s humanitarian aid to Ukraine in the past two years will amount to €1 bln.
Baerbock visited Odessa on Saturday and Nikolayev earlier on Sunday. He visit was not announced beforehand.
Germany’s aggregate assistance to Ukraine, including humanitarian, financial and military over the past two years has reached €32 bln.
