Statement of 2020 contains no point on Russia’s control over communications in Armenia

Point Nine contains no information about Russia’s ability to control anything on our territory, other points were "broken and thrown away by Azerbaijan and Russia as they fully failed to meet their obligations," Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said
YEREVAN, February 18. /TASS/. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has said that the statement of November 9, 2020, contains no point about Russia’s ability to control transport communications running through Armenia.
"Point Nine of the trilateral statement contains no information about Russia’s ability to control anything on our territory. Other points of this document were virtually broken and thrown away by Azerbaijan and Russia as they fully failed to meet their obligations," Pashinyan said at a meeting with representatives of the Armenian diaspora in Germany.
