The policy of Russia does not look like "all of a sudden willing to negotiate," NSC Coordinator for Strategic Communications John Kirby said
WASHINGTON, January 4. /TASS/. Russia is not demonstrating readiness for a dialog on the situation in Ukraine, NSC Coordinator for Strategic Communications John Kirby said at a regular briefing.
Kirby said he did not believe "all the ballyhoo that I heard in the last few days" about Russia’s readiness for the dialog in the conflict in Ukraine. The policy of Russia does not look like "all of a sudden willing to negotiate," the US official added.
The West continues resorting to ideological narratives until it ruins Ukraine, official spokeswoman of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova said at the turn of December.
