MOSCOW, December 24 /TASS/. Ten Ukrainian volunteers went abroad to take humanitarian aid and got away, head of the Kiev-controlled Kherson regional military administration Alexander Prokudin said on his Telegram channel.
"There are two organizations that used the "Way" system to depart abroad. [They] did not return to Ukraine during the second trip," the official wrote. Prokudin also attached a video where he said he referred to ten individuals.
The official pledged not to give permits to depart abroad for volunteers of the two organizations anymore.
The nationhood mobilization was announced and was extended several times in Ukraine since February 2022. President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky said this December that the Ukrainian military suggested mobilizing from 450,000 to 500,000 people more.
