NEW YORK, December 20. /TASS/. The Supreme Court of the US state of Colorado ruled to ban former US President Donald Trump from the state’s 2024 primary ballot, according to an electronic document uploaded to the court’s electronic database.

The ruling is based on the 14th amendment to the US constitution, which prohibits those who took part in an insurrection from being elected the US president.
