The date for the beginning of the negotiations on the admission of Ukraine and Moldova to the EU has not been set yet; it may happen in March if the European Council approves the European Commission mandate for these negotiations, a European source told reporters during the EU summit.
"The European Council must approve the European Commission’s mandate for these negotiations. It may happen by March or later," he said.
