MOSCOW, December 8. /TASS/. The sounds of explosion were heard in the Kiev-controlled city of Kherson, head of the city military administration Roman Mrochko said on Friday.

"Explosions are heard in Kherson’s coastal districts," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

"Power supplies problems have been reported from several districts of Kherson," he wrote.
