MOSCOW, December 8. /TASS/. Explosions were heard in the northeastern Ukrainian city of Kharkov in the early hours of Friday, the RBC-Ukraine agency reported.

An air raid warning has been issued in the Kharkov Region.

Shortly after the report, civil defense sirens also went off in the regions of Dnepropetrovsk and Poltava.
