RABAT, December 8. /TASS/. The Israel Defense Forces is shelling several regions in the Gaza Strip in the early hours of Friday, namely Zeitoun, Sabra, Shejaiya, Tuffah and Daraj, the Beirut-based Al Mayadeen television reported.

No information about damage or casualties is available at this point.

Also, fierce clashes between Israeli soldiers and Palestinian resistance fighters are taking place in Shejaiya, Al Mayadeen said.
