At least 15 killed in Israel’s strike on Nusseirat refugee camp in Gaza

RABAT, December 3. /TASS/. At least 15 people were killed when Israeli warplanes delivered strikes on residential buildings in the Nusseirat refugee camp, located in the central part of the Gaza Strip, the Al Arabiya television reported on Sunday.
According to Palestine’s WAFA news agency, women and children were among those killed. Rescue effort is now under way to clear the rubble and search for survivors.
The injured were taken to the Al-Awda hospital. Doctors believe that the death toll may rise.
In a separate development, eight people were killed by Israeli shelling of Rafah in the south of the Gaza Strip.
Early on December 1, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) blamed Palestinian movement Hamas for violating the truce and said that it was resuming combat in the Gaza Strip in response.
