MOSCOW, December 2. /TASS/. The Kiev-controlled city of Kherson has been rocked by explosions for the third time in a day, the head of the city administration appointed by the Ukrainian authorities, Roman Mrochko, said.

Explosions were reported twice in Kherson earlier on Saturday.
