BEIRUT, December 1. /TASS/. At least 32 people have been killed in the Gaza Strip over the three hours after a ceasefire expired, the enclave’s Health Ministry said.
In a statement on Facebook (prohibited in Russia due to its ownership by Meta, which has been designated as extremist), the agency said that at least 32 people had already been killed in air strikes in the Gaza Strip over the three hours following the end of the truce. The Gaza Health Ministry noted that dozens of people, mostly women and children, had sustained wounds.
On Friday morning, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) accused Hamas of violating the ceasefire and announced renewed fighting in the Gaza Strip. According to Al Jazeera, at least four people were killed in an Israeli strike on the town of Rafah and another two Palestinians died in an attack on the Maghazi refugee camp. Later, Al Arabiya reported that the number of Palestinians killed in Israeli strikes on the Gaza Strip had climbed to 15.
