TEL AVIV, November 23. /TASS/. Israel has received a preliminary list of hostages to be released by the radical Palestinian movement Hamas within the framework of the truce agreement in the Gaza Strip, the office of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has said.
Israel confirms it is in receipt of a preliminary list of names. Officials are verifying the details of the list and stay in touch with the hostages' families, the office said in a statement posted on the social network X (formerly Twitter).

For his part, the head of the Egyptian State Information Service, Diaa Rashwan, said that Cairo, too, had received from Tel Aviv and Hamas lists of hostages and prisoners to be released on November 24.
Earlier, Qatari Foreign Ministry spokesman Majed bin Mohammed al-Ansari said that the humanitarian truce between Israel and Hamas in the Gaza Strip would begin on Friday at 8:00 a.m. Moscow time (5:00 a.m. GMT). The first group of hostages will be released on November 24 at 5:00 p.m. Moscow time (2:00 p.m. GMT). It will include 13 women and children. The delivery of humanitarian aid to the Palestinian enclave will be carried out through the Rafah checkpoint, located on the border with Egypt. It will begin as soon as the truce comes into effect. Qatar expects the Gaza Strip will receive "as much aid as possible."
In turn, Hamas has confirmed that the truce will come into force on November 24 at 8:00 Moscow time (5:00 a.m. GMT). According to the group's statement, 200 trucks carrying aid, including "four tanker trucks with motor fuel and gas," will enter the Gaza Strip daily during the humanitarian truce.
