YEREVAN, November 18. /TASS/. Armenia and Azerbaijan have agreed on key principles of the peace agreement, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said.
"We have good and bad news about the peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan. It is good that key principles for peace with Azerbaijan have been agreed.
