DUSHANBE, November 16. /TASS/. Tajik President Emomali Rakhmon will pay an official visit to Russia on November 21-22 and will meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin, the Tajik leader's press service told TASS.

"Emomali Rahmon will pay an official visit to Russia on November 21-22. He will meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin," the head of the Tajik presidential press service Abdufattoh Sharifzoda said. The two leaders will have one-on-one meetings and hold talks with delegation members.

The last meeting of Rakhmon and Putin took place in Bishkek in October on the sidelines of a meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of State. The Tajik President paid a working visit to Moscow in May this year. He traveled to Russia on May 8 and participated in celebrations of the 78th anniversary of Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War. Rakhmon also paid an official visit to Russia in April 2019 at the invitation of the Russian president.
