"Qatar, Egypt, European countries, Israel have been speaking about hostages. So far, these are talks and media. But nothing in reality," he said.

"First, it is necessary to stop the war. It is necessary to open doors and checkpoints - Rafah and others - to supply food and medicine to the enclave. And after that, the issue of exchanges could be raised," he added.
