Russia still being excluded from Nord Stream investigation — Kremlin
Germany, Denmark and Sweden announced their national investigations but refused to let Russia be take part
MOSCOW, November 10. /TASS/. Russia is not participating in the investigation of explosions at Nord Stream gas pipelines because it is being prevented from doing so, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
"Russia is not investigating the sabotage act. Russia is not allowed to investigate the sabotage. We have not curtailed anything - we have not 'unfolded' anything either," Peskov noted.
On September 27, 2022, the Nord Stream AG company reported that three threads of the Nord Stream 1 and 2 offshore gas pipelines had suffered unprecedented damage. Swedish seismologists registered two explosions on the subsea routes of the pipelines on September 26. The Russian General Prosecutor’s Office opened legal proceedings on an act of international terrorism.
