Armenian Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan will abstain from attending a meeting of CIS security council chiefs to be hosted by Moscow tomorrow, Armenpress quoted his spokesperson Tatevik Petrosyan as saying.

"Armenian Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan will not go to Moscow to take part in a regular meeting of the secretaries of CIS Security Councils that will be held in the Russian capital of Moscow on November 8," she said.

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan also chose not to attend a CIS summit in Bishkek on October 13.
