"This war will not be brief. It is a lengthy war. We will need patience. We will need enormous emotional resilience. Each individual, society and the leadership. And most of all, such resilience will be needed by security forces," he said in a joint address to the nation, speaking after Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
