WASHINGTON, October 28. /TASS/. Former US Vice President Mike Pence has decided to withdraw from the presidential race in the United States, he said in Las Vegas (Nevada), as broadcasted by C-SPAN television channel.

"It’s become clear to me that this is not my time," he said, adding "I have decided to suspend my campaign for president."

He sought to become the Republican nominee for US president in the 2024 election.
