US, Israel to lose as they oppose fair world order — Erdogan
"I call on all countries who have common sense and conscience to exert pressure on the Netanyahu government so that Israel would come to its senses," the Turkish leader stressed
ANKARA, October 25. /TASS/. The United States and Israel will lose as they don’t want the world to be ruled fairly, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan told lawmakers.
Addressing Israel, the Turkish leader warned the country that it would fail anyway with such a thinking even if it allied with the United States or the West as he said that Washington would lose, too. "It is all about establishing a fair world order, and they oppose that," Erdogan emphasized.
The Turkish leader accused countries outside the region of "adding fuel to the fire" for the sake of supporting Israel. "I call on all countries who have common sense and conscience to exert pressure on the Netanyahu government so that Israel would come to its senses," he said. Erdogan rejected as inadmissible continued support for these events in the atmosphere of the Crusades.
"If we want to create a planet where peace reins, we should reject such mentality," Erdogan emphasized.
The Turkish president also urged solidarity among Islamic countries which he said would pave the way toward a ceasefire and a lasting peace.
