BAKU, September 20. /TASS/. Armenian units in Nagorno-Karabakh started to lay down their weapons, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said in his address to the nations.

"The process of withdrawal of illegal Armenian units from their positions has already begun. They accepted our demands, started laying down their weapons, among other things," the head of state said.
