ROME, July 25. /TASS/. The grain deal interrupted after July 17 cannot be restored without Moscow’s participation, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Vershinin told reporters on Tuesday on the sidelines of the UN summit on food systems.

"My opinion is that it is impossible to do this without Russia," the diplomat said.

The grain deal ended on July 17.
