MOSCOW, July 15. /TASS/. Eritrean President Isaias Afwerki is highly likely to attend the Russia-Africa summit, the Eastern African country’s embassy in Moscow told TASS on Saturday.
"The head of state is highly likely to represent our country at the summit," the diplomatic mission said.
