WASHINGTON, July 7. /TASS/. Ukraine has provided the United States with written assurances that American cluster munitions will be used with minimal risks for civilians, US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan told a briefing on Friday.

"Ukraine has provided written assurances that it is going to use these (cluster munitions - TASS) in a very careful way" to minimize risks to civilians, he said.
