Armenian, Azerbaijani representatives hold meeting on disputed area’s border

On March 14, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said that Yerevan had received another draft peace agreement from Azerbaijan and some progress had been achieved

YEREVAN, April 1. /TASS/. Armenia and Azerbaijan have held a meeting to adjust the border in the Tegh-Kornidzor area of Armenia’s Syunik Region, the country’s National Security Service said in a statement on Saturday.

"Armenia’s National Security Service reports that a meeting involving representatives of Armenia and Azerbaijan took place in the Tegh-Kornidzor sector. Work was done to adjust the border, which significantly improved the situation in the area. We would like to point out that the work continues and the public will be informed of its results," the statement reads.

On March 14, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said that Yerevan had received another draft peace agreement from Azerbaijan and some progress had been achieved. Pashinyan added, however, that the Azerbaijani draft peace agreement included claims on Armenia’s territorial integrity, which was a read line for Yerevan.
