MOSCOW, March 22. /TASS/. The United States should respond to North Korea’s concerns with practical action and create favorable conditions for a dialogue, Russia and China said in a joint statement, published by the Kremlin on Tuesday.

"The US side should respond to North Korea’s legitimate and rational concerns with practical actions and create [favorable] conditions for resuming a dialogue," the statement says.
