BEIJING, March 15. /TASS/. Authorities in China will create favorable opportunities for companies from Russia and other countries, despite the very difficult situation globally, China’s National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) spokesperson Fu Linghui said at a news conference on Wednesday.

"China will develop while following the path of openness," he said, when asked by a TASS reporter whether Chinese officials can provide optimal conditions for foreign businesses, including Russian ones, amid the extreme global instability. "We will open up new favorable opportunities for the development of all countries," he assured.

The Chinese market has a huge potential, Fu added. According to him, the country will have to make structural changes in supply for a better economic growth.

"China has integrated itself deeply into the global economy," the NBS spokesperson said. China will continue to encourage free trade, promote One Belt - One Road projects and shape up "a human community with a common future," Fu concluded.
