MOSCOW, March 12. /TASS/. A magnitude 4.4 earthquake hit central Turkey on Sunday, according to the European Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC).

The epicenter was located 21 kilometers southwest of the city of Goksun with a population of more than 50,000.

No casualties or damage were reported.
