BERLIN, Mach 1. /TASS/. China’s military assistance to Russia will go beyond international law, German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock said in an interview with the ARD broadcaster.

She pointed out that China had a special responsibility as a United Nations Security Council member. "Every day, we make it clear that this kind of assistance is beyond international law," Baerbock said.

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken claimed on February 18 that China was considering lethal assistance to Russia. Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning said in response that Beijing would not tolerate US threats and pressure over accusations of military support to Moscow.
