MUNICH, February 17. /TASS/. French President Emmanuel Macron on Friday said the time for talks with Russia on the situation in Ukraine hasn’t come yet.

"The time is not for dialogue with Russia," he said at the Munich Security Conference.

According to the French president, Russia will have to be dealt with because it remains a close neighbor for the EU. Russia’s geography can’t be changed, so it will always be part of Europe, he said.
